    Thunderbird 6+ ?

    When in "Write" mode, Thunderbird started displaying my contacts list in inverted order (z-a). My address book still displays properly. I cannot find any way to change the sort order of the contacts list in Write mode. Any ideas?

    On the right hand side of the column, just to the right of "Name", there is a tiny blue triangle pointing down. If you click on it, it will point up, and the contacts will be in a - z order.

    Thanks Donno. I am curious. How did you know that? I looked all over for info and could not find anything.

    Most windows-based applications work like that. You can sort lists by age, size, name, type etc. by clicking on the header for the column. That's why I always use the Details setting on the display option rather than using icons.
