    Me and Mrs. 55

in a few years after they take our drivers licenses away. There will be a couple of differences. I will have a regular power wheelchair and will not be wearing shorts. With my skinny legs, I would get arrested for indecent exposure. lol

You will find a guide to preserving shoulder function @

In a few years, NL and I will be right behind you. It will be a parade.

    All the best,

55, you are an inspiration in life and love.

I hope you write a book, because I will order as soon as it's finished.
And the truth shall set you free.

Me too! It's fine as long as I can be as active as the two dears in the photo seem to be!

That picture reminds me of how we used to have a bicycle kid trailer hooked up to the back of Chad's chair, back when Small Boy was actually small! I wish I had a picture of it now, but as with all my digital photos, they are stashed in hard drives in who knows where places. Chad would tow him all over the place, I'd ride my bike and we'd all spend the day on the greenways. Chad's batteries would conk out at about 6 miles so we had to plan our route well! Those times were alot of fun.

That is just too cool! I wish I had that little set up to get around! I use a walker most of the time, and just don't have the energy to go far at all. You two are just great!

Love it! I can see us doing this in the future, we have a wagon now that he pulls our granddaughter around in and like Ami said, the battery or he wears out way before she does.

This morning I woke up and my knee would not straighten out and hurt like hell.
I often worry what will happen if I can't care for Dave.
    This picture made me smile.
