i'm currently battling a uti/kidney infection and am allergic to the antibiotics i'm on so i've gotta take benedryl. but other than that it's been good thus far! today was a scavenger hunt and visiting the gerald ford museum and just relax time. tomorrow starts the judging and workshops. everyone seems like good people!

Is it Bactrim? Did the same thing to me recently. It's a combo of three and if only one gives you a reaction, they usually don't want you to continue it.

yes it's bactrim. my dr said he doesnt care if it makes me itchy. it was either itch and take benedryl or go in hospital for a week and so i wasnt going to miss the pageant for a UTI lmao.

thanks all for the support!! i definitely need to push myself more and be more of myself... if this makes sense. still trying to climb out of my shell and get to know people!

Well, just be careful, allergies get worse over time.

If you are having an allergic reaction to Bactrim, I would seek another learned opinion on the advisability of continuing to take that drug. Don't mean to sound alarmist, but there can be consequences more serious than itchiness.
