    Do we have SCI colors?

Do we have a color scheme for our cause, like breast cancer is pink? What color are our bracelets? I ask because one of my wonderful new caregivers – inspired by attending things with me and meeting Wise and Patricia – is thinking of knitting something for us to sell.

It appears as though it depends on where you look. Here are some websites that link spinal cord injury with these awareness colors:

    Green for Spinal Cord Injury:

Dark Blue for Spinal Cord Injury: http://www.bumperstickermagnet.com/a...-research.html

    Cream for Spinal Cord Injury/Paralysis:

    Medium Blue for Cure Paralysis:

Various other websites mentioned these same colors.

Here is an archived thread from Care Cure Community:

    So...what color do you use?

    All the best,

Actually that’s pretty accurate. In anatomical atlases and drawings the nervous system with its peripheral nerves often use yellow color. Like for the circulatory system arteries are highlighted with red and veins with blue color.
