Newer t-10 complete injury looking at stem cell treatment!

I was shot in the back on 2-21-11 resulting in a t10 complete asia A spinal cord injury! I have not regined much i car feel temp on a small part of my left foot and that is about it. I am willing to try just about anything to help recover, I have found a place in arizona that offers stem cell treatment has any one used this place before and had positive results?

I understand your needing to find sometype of treatment. In the meantime, until something does come along, I trust you are working your butt off toget as strong and healthy as you can. Stemcells won't do you any good if you are not in shape for them.

Your injury is still very very new, a lot can still return so work hard towards that goal. I know people personally that have gotten return years later. It probably wasn't so much the cord regenerating itself as it was their hard work made those muscles to weak to function finally starts functioning.

I'm sure others will give their impression of the Arizona Center, but I don't think there is anything going on in the US that has any value when it comes to sci and stemcells.

Good luck, this will get better I can assure you.

As far as I know, there are no legitimate stem cell therapies being offered in Arizona at this time. I am moving this thread to the Cure forum, where you will get more attention to this topic.

Just a note, from the website you listed:

I don't believe there are any legitimate stem cell therapies being offered anywhere for SCI. They don't currently exist, imo.

I wouldn't let "Dr" Timothy Peace, NMD touch me-

    From their website-
Naturopathic Physicians are Licensed Primary Care Providers with Precription Rights (prescribing up to DEA Class II narcotics), who are specialists in holistic diagnosis and natural therapeutics. Physicians are trained to seek out the least invasive intervention required to effect a cure. Often possible with diet counseling and lifestyle modification, and can requires the use of medication, physical therapeutics, or minor surgery. Naturopathic Doctors always look for the underlying cause of the illness and do not just focus on the most apparent symptoms. Naturopathic Physicians can refer to specialists as needed, either within the profession or to allopathic (MD) or osteopathic (DO)colleagues.

Don't burn your money/health like that, don't do it.
Don't ask what clinical trials can do for you, ask what you can do for clinical trials.

We would all advise great caution on this.
