    Elevate Bed Head

When I go for breaks away or holidays I sleep on an alternating overlay I take with me but I have much difficulty draining my bladder when lying flat and at home I use electric bed with both my head and legs raised. Does anybody have any idea of some options?

I didn't really want to just cut foam to fit under the overlay as I need it flat at times for rolling while getting dressed and undressed. I have however seen this product called a Mattress Genie and it used to be advertised in Australia but currently I only see it for sale in the US. Unfortunately there is the small problem of us using 240 V in this country, any suggestions?

You would just need a 240v to 110v step down transformer like this- http://www.google.com/products/catal...ed=0CGoQ8wIwAg

This is just a random one I picked for an example.

Thank you very much for that information and excuse my ignorance but does something like this below take an American plug?

I don't think so from the looks of this picture.

Now that I think about it you should be able to use a travel plug in adapter like this

Make sure it is one that converts the voltage not just the plugs.
