    The 4th of July & Grilled Pork Tenderloin

    Happy Day after the 4th of July to all. Yesterday was quiet for NL and I, and it was hot here in the east bay of San Francisco - 98°. That is not outdoor activity weather for either of us. So NL made dinner for us intermittently dashing outside to tend the tenderloin.
    The menu:
    Apple Juice/Brandy, Dijon Mustard, Rosemary Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin
    Roasted Corn, Cucumber, Tomato, Basil Salad with Orange Muscat Vinaigrette
    Chilled Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Black Grapes and Bing Cherries
    Gundlach Bundschu Pinot Noir

    I think I could get used to these quiet celebrations.

    That is a great looking meal GJ! Pork tenderloin is one of my favorites.
