    Talking Bowel program much better!

I started eating a large bowl of popcorn everyday & my bowel program improved 100%! The best thing I've ever done. So try popcorn if you're having trouble.

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

    Thank ya'll. Me too!

I was eating nuts Bruce & I was eating too much fat.
So I eat popcorn cooked in microwave with no oil in a sack.
It's like a miracle how it's helped. Must be from God. all knowing of our needs.

Yeah I've stayed away from fiber so many carbs.
But,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,she rocks/rolls Dr. Oz told us to eat it. lol
    Dr. Oz is why. lol

I had a little sugar scare a week ago with it reaching 8.9mmol after a day of carbs (bad I know). Popcorn turns out to be a culprit so careful of the glucose levels!

I believe glucose levels are supposed to be between 3-7 and previously I never go higher than 5 ... I keep a check on it because I have family history (grandmother, uncle, mother, two brothers). Right after I had popcorn, I was particularly tired and whenever I don't feel well, I check my glucose level. Scared the heck out of me.
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.
