    Grape-Nuts and unsweetened "natural" Os.
    Hate sweet cereal.

Cryptic, I use almond milk, it's delicious, low-calorie and lactose free.

Are you lactose intolerent? I love cereal but have not been able to eat it for years without paying dearly. I can't even dip graham crackers with peanut butter without getting heavily bloated from the milk. I will try this almond milk you speak of.

I don't really have a favorite, but I like the honey bunches of oats. The banana stuff is really good.

I'm not lactose intolerant, but too much milk (or soy) affects my digestion in a bad way. Plus, I love almonds. It's only 40 calories per 8 oz. and I love the taste. It has changed my mornings for sure!

Not a breakfasty person, coffee is usually it, but sometimes, if I have missed, not bothered with dinner the night before i will make a pancake with a duck egg, flour, and a dash of milk, jam (preferably homemade) mixture of 7 dried fruit soaked in a slurp of brandy mix, served with fresh double cream.
