All Rochester Medical products (e.g., catheters, condom catheters, etc.), all Sunrise Medical wheelchair parts and backs (e.g., Quickie, Zippie, etc.), all TiLite wheelchairs, Dino wheels by Round Betty, and even FrogLegs can be obtained from there via a special request phone call.... Wheelchair parts or stuff like lube and catheters? I use ... and have problems with both.

I've used Care Medical for years (used to be care catalog services).
They have the cheapest coloplast caths that I've found.
One time they shipped my caths loose. I called them and they sent replacements (the caths were bent), and it hasn't happened again in the following years.
They are also the cheapest that I've found for Enemeez and magic bullets.

Web site to come -- someday. So, yes, phone based but that's not really a bad thing at all in this situation. It's a good way to get and feel connected.
Ordered cushion and some TiLite parts. Received shipment, complete and correct, on time. Tylers service was top notch.I did get hit for duty for the first time [ouch].
