Dr young, i have been taking alot of B vitamins and after a week noticed that i started getting alot more deep muscle sensation and less pain. Is there a link between the spinal cord and B vitamins?

Thank you Dr. Wise Young, everytime I read a little more I understand, very informative and well written.

I also would like to hear your comments on scar tissue in the spinal cord for the layman. Thanks again.
