    Tiny bursts of electricity help spinal patients use their hands

    Exciting. I have pretty good use of my hands, but no biceps or deltoids so I cannot raise my arms at all. Perhaps this will work for me.

    im c4-5 and i can't use my arms at all...i have some very tiny movement on the hand and figers..some of those movements are voluntary and some are unvoluntary..can this help me?life with out movements is soooo difficult !!!!
