"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. the remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will have for that day. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude...I am convinced that life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes" (Swindoll, Charles date unknown).

I read this on most days. I have been injured for almost 4 years and like everyone has said it does get better BUT this does not mean that we always see it this way.I am just now starting to really embrace my life again deep inside. I woke up from my coma and realized I had two choices and they were live or die.Thing is, I have this choice everyday of my life, as anyone else does. I just recently began to use this sight to the fullest extent I could. It is a plethora of information and advice.

My best to you and your boyfriend -rely on each other and I am sure your relationship will go to levels you never imagined before.

Hope these words can help.
