QUADS! What Type of Free Weights are You Using?

I was using wrist/ankle weights but my sisters dog chewed the shit out of them and the steel shot poured out. They were my favs and all other wrist ankle weights I've tried, suck. What type of free weights are you using?

Oh, btw, I've searched for the same type of weights I had but they must be discontinued.

Ya I know most wrist/ankle weights suck for quads they are so hard to keep in place. I really like the thumb weights from Reebok below, they stay put out near your hands and won't slide up your arms.

hmmm... those are cool, darty. Something staying in position would be great.

Anyone use anything in the ten pound per weight or more size? I'm looking for ten pounds plus each.

    haha... i read you bro.

I guess I could just order a pair of these, though it's going to cost over a hundy with shipping. +$100 for two 10lb weights. Awesome.

I'd like to rig up the kettle bells with some type of wrist strap. I'm unable to grip having zero hand function, so that would be the only way I could use them.

I do not have grip either but i slip my hand through the bell and use my palm on the inner handle 2 do bicep curls i can do this with 10lb bell and 15lb bell, i also have these hooks called hauling hooks i put on, and i hook the bell with 2 do heavier weight. I purchased them from body building.com for about $35
