    Well, I have the digestive system of an 85 yr old man. I figured out I have micro-colitis which you really can't do much about. I went home for Thanksgiving, threw caution to the wind and got sick at every rest stop between Jersey and Cincinnati on the way home. Not fun.

    Red meat bro, red meat 2-3 times. Fish, chicken turkey - no problem. (Plus, and this is just for you because I don't want to be like the fat kids you probably terrorized during your formative years)...I bought Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate sweetened with Stevia!
