    Larry, my mother use to make the giblet gravy, none of us have even tried. She would cook the giblets, romove them from the stock and when they had cooled enough to handle, put them through a meat grinder. Thicken the stock and put the ground up giblets back in the pan. It was good gravy, but too much work for me. I can take it or leave it when it comes to the gravy. I find opening up a can of turkey gravy works well! lol
