If the card ever actually arrives. We have had similar "Surveys" done here in the past where gift cards were promised for participation, but never arrived. This is one reason that technically any posts requesting survey or research participation on our forums are supposted to be vetted first with Dr. Young.

Every 100 respondents = $3k of R&D costs. I wouldn't use this approach for market research, but whatever.
