is a cure for patients with severed cords in the works??

    Hello,

I was wondering if there are any procedures that would help to fuse a severed spinal cord. I have been reading everything I can get my hands about Dr. Kao. Unfortunatly, I haven't been able to get any information about wether or not my friend and I would qualify. Does he deal with servered cords? Also, I have read about the International Spinal Cord Regeneration Centre in Mexico. Is this facility reputable? I am new to the forum. Any information would be most helpful.

    sincerely,

    Matthew Blanford

Are you sure that you and your friend have a "severed" spinal cord? It is very rare.

Dr. Henreich Cheng in Taiwan has been working on severed spinal cords. There is description of his clinical trial in the Trial Forum at http://carecure.org/forum/showpost.php?p=249949
