Thread: Apples

    I've had bowel issues since my injury in 2006. I tried herbal tea, bananas, fiber bars etc....

    Recently I have discovered that an apple a day or every other days has proven to serve as a laxative; keeping my bowel movements regular.

    I guess the old adage: An apple a day will keep the doctor away is true.

    Just thought I'd share.

    The latest that works for me is beetroot ,i have some with dinner if its my bowel day and it seems to help
