    I wonder why spasticity is so bad at night. You'd think sleep would make it better, but nooooo....

    My spasms have gotten a TON worse since I got hurt back in '04.
    I was on a ton of baclofen that did not help at all and am currently maxed out on zanaflex capsules which worked for a while but now do nothing for me.
    Is there anything else I can try?

    There are a couple other drugs (that aren't first choice) that work well for some. See your Dr. Good Luck!

    been there done that w/ other drugs.
    tried em all to no avail.
    oh well at least i've got NO atrophy and can wear shorts year round
