    Shrimp Boil

    Did a little indoor cooking last night and did a shrimp boil with red new potatoes, corn, onion and a pack of chicken tenders that needed to be cooked and for my finicky wife........Lot's of Old Bay was added.

    Looks great. I've got a couple of 10 pound packages of locally caught shrimp in my freezer. You've inspired me.

    But what is Old Bay?

    Old Bay is excellent. Another nice addition to shrimp or crawfish boils can be pickling spice, like used for bread-n-butter pickles. Just toss it in to boil along w/ the Old Bay. I also like Old Bay in place of paprika on deviled eggs.

    If I make a road trip out east in the spring, could I talk you into putting together one of your feast. I'll bring the beer, cigars, and whatever you want to throw on the grill. You name it.
