    ROHO Quadtro high profile; I used a Jay Active cushion for about 20 years also.

    I like the Varilite Meridian (two chambers of air). I used gel for years. Too heavy and this cushion is light plus you can adjust the air as needed. It only took a bit to get used to the air not feeling quite as stable under me.

    It's important to get a proper seating evaluation. That will help you determine the best cushion for you. Otherwise, Roho's are good cushions but high maintenance. You have to make sure all the time that the air level is properly adjusted. Good luck on your quest

    there are a couple suggestions for good seating evaluations, do those exist? that's like finding a good DME. I've never had pressure mapping, but I've met people who have and they still hate their cushion. Again the dme will push a certain cushion.
