    Oh nice. I've had some bird thats been oven cooked and tasted really dry in the past. I'm going to explore the crock pot.

    Nice job!! good looking birds... Give the bird a trip into the smoker with some alder chips they do not dry out and the flavor is great...

    Thanks! I sure wish I had a smoker, I'd like to try that. I've had smoked turkey before and it was really good.

    We have Eastern & Mariam turkeys here, have yet to taste a Mariam fewer of them and many more miles away from our house. Do they all taste different? I know they look bigger.

    That's a good question. I've only had the Eastern as well. I'd like to bag a Mariam one day. That would be a pretty mount!

    i hunt i have rifles ranging from 22cal 300mag 30/30 30.06 2 sks modded to full auto 17 fire ball, towards the end of the month i'm headed bear hunting

    You live in Canada and you modified two SKS's to full auto? Unless their laws have changed quite recently, you're living dangerously.
