    14 days of Creatine

    For the past 2 weeks I changed things up a bit and have been taking one level teaspoon of Micronized Creatine again, but this time dissolving it in a glass of HOT WATER and drinking it without getting any GI problems like I had before. I also have a protein shake or something to eat after drinking the glass of creatine.
    I haven't noticed any results yet but I'm sure it's way too early.
    If anyone wants to try creatine, make sure it is "micronized", made with "CreaPure", and put it in HOT water and stir for about 2 minutes until it is dissolved. It seems to have worked for me GI-wise.....now...see if I get any significant physical results. This dude has some interesting info on creatine and other supplements;
