how do you insert a cath without touching it?

no latex for me. I get the latex free no touch, and it comes in a closed system that you extend the straw as it is enclosed in a bag. the straw feeds through a cone tip that is full of lube, and as it passes through the cone that is againts and a little in the urethra. you push it the same way as a regular strait catheter, but it is enclosed by the bag that is topped with the steril cone tip. it takes practice, but I think they are actually a good thing. fewer uti, and the do not require all those damn lube and gove packs because its no touch.
