I make protein shakes with a soy based protein power called "Secure", comes in different flavors, i like vanilla so I can add things to it. I use 1 scoop protein powder, which has 70 calories 1.5gm fat, 7 grams of protein, about 1 cup plain or unsweetened Soy milk. I then add fruit of my choice, 1/2 banana, blueberries, or strawberries.

To add more protein you can then add some plain non fat or 1% Greek Yogurt which is very high in protein. You can also add in about 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (if not allergic obviously) for more added protein. Throw it all in the blender with ice.
