I had the other half of the pork loin I cooked a last week for sandwiches, so I rubbed it down and 3 turkey legs with Wolfe Rub Citrus and cooked indirect with apple wood at around 325º. The legs were for a lady at work who tasted the turkey wings last week. I took her two and Cathryn and I shared one, it was delicious!
Pulled the loin at 160º and didn't temp the legs after dunking in the Orange Marmalade Sriracha Sauce 3 times.

Enjoyed a tomato right off the vine while things were cooking.
