I'm an incomplete C6/C7 with H.O in the hips and though i can walk with a zimmer frame i find that no matter how much i move about upright, the moment i sit i'm as stiff as a board again. I've tried a few excercise routines but still the best form of muscle relaxant seems to be masturbation. After i've done the business standing up straight becomes easy and all the tightness goes for 4/6 hrs but then it returns with avengence. I know a chemical is released and this also helps with my spasms but i was wondering if a, there is a better excercise to build up some strenght and resistance to the tightness or b, some drug available that may assist in reducing the ridgidity of my lower back
