    Generally, can most bicycle trainers be used with handcycles?

    I use an Ascent and it works pretty well.
    Stupidity ain't illegal, but it sure is inconvenient.

    Yes.

    I use a Kenetic Fluid Trainer and it works perfectly.

    Yes...although you may have to take the leg stirrups off to use some of them.

    I used an old raggedy Quickie on a trainer for a few weeks, and you had to fold the stirrups up to use it.
