    Also -- at the upper right corner of the main screen is a Google search -- make sure the button for Cure Care Forums is selected -- you can type any question or topic up there -- it's almost guaranteed somebody has posted about it. I was a big snowmobiler -- never been to Vermont, though..

    I know it is hard but it will get better and you will adjust. Take life one day at a time and smile. I want a quick fix too but it is not going to happen. I was a marathon runner prior to my accident and struggle about the past too at times. My best advice is to keep in the best shape you can. The healthier you are , the more focused you will be and you will feel great with accomplishment. I wish you well. Keep the faith too. There is light on the other side of the tunnel.
