    Wheelchair Cushion with blue wedges?

Who makes that? I thought Johnson and Johnson did first. It's the one you can take them in and out?

Vicair cushion. I found it stable but the corners of the cells/wedges left little marks and dents on my skin so I did not get one. An interesting product they do have is the Academy Allrounder, which is a type of cushion/shorts you can wear to protect your skin while you are sitting on the ground etc.

That's it! I've switched from a Quadra Roho to this one and it made a big difference in my butt.

The official US manufacturer of Vicair cushions in the US is The Comfort Company. I recently received a product announcement stating the individual air cells are now made using a softer fabric.

I just got this cushion about a month and a half ago and I feel like it's helped with making feel a little bit more stable. I like it so far, the one thing I'm not sure about is in the middle it looks like the cells have mushed in or something and I always have someone distribute them towards the middle before putting me in my chair. I am happy so far with it though, my pt has also ordered it for several of her other patients because it's worked well for me.

It really did not agree with me, all red at the end of the day.

I just sat on it. I never actually tried it in my butt. Maybe that would have made a difference but I think I'll take a pass.

    Butt seriously,

That could make a difference. It would probably be slightly more expensive to make but if they went one better and had rounded corners on the cells so they were not pointy then they would probably leave less skin marks. That would likely lead to less people rejecting these cushions after trialing them and seeing red points in their skin.
