Hi everyone! Do any of you know how to remove the "thumb ring" on the Natural Fit handrims? I really like the hand rims but I've been getting a lot of wrist pain and was wondering if a slight change in my grip might help relieve it, or at least keep it from getting worse. The wrist pain is probably due to my technique (or lack thereof; I'm a relatively new chair user, only 6 months). I have a Colours chair which fits me well, so I don't think it's the chair size or frame measurements.
