    Co-Contraction(Quads vs Hammies)

    Right Leg
My Quads are so much more stronger than my Hamstrings. When isolating hamstrings for strength exercise the quads fire and dominate. Anybody else experience this what have you done to get the work on the weak muscle.

    Thanks
Appreciate the small gains and the large ones will be ignored!!

At the suggestion of my PT; you must fatigue the quads (squats seem to be best) and then exercise your hamstrings
