    Abilities Expo

Thinking about going to the abilities expo tomorrow in Los Angeles. It's about an hour and a half from home, is it worth the drive. Always looking for ways to better my life and also in the market for a new w/c.

    Anyone else thinking about going.

I know my friend, Mark Wellman, will be there with his climbing wall. And my other friend, Candace Cable, is going there too from Truckee. Should be a good gig.

I have a poster with Candace Cable advertising on of "Hall's Chairs" when Bob Hall first made racing chairs. She and I were both on EPVA's track and field team back in the 70's.

For some reason I saw the title "Abilities Expo" and got a mental picture of the public toilets with all of the urinals and stalls empty; and a line of guys in wheelchairs waiting for the one HC stall..... Nothing ever seems fair - I think I need more coffee.

I went today and had a good time. Met some cool people, got some cool stuff, I'd definitely say it's worth it. And if you buy a colours wheelchair, you get 30% knocked off... I want one! ;D

Today's the last day....The show is terrific with lots of exhibitors and events. Come see us at booth 428, or if you miss the show, at www.GoesAnywhere.com.
