Question. I called discount cab about getting a ride in a van with a ramp; after much transfering they told me they cannot pick up from the airport that AAA cab has exclusive rights to it and I don't need to reserve a ride just tell the skycap when I get there. Anyone else hear that?

Sorry about that. Exclusive rights, geez. Let me check into it and I'll post current info. When I checked, Discount Cab was the company to use. It sounds like things may have changed.

Thanks so much for catching this. Yes, there has been a change. The new company to call is Yellow Cab. AAA is a division of Yellow Cab which handles accessible transportation.

I've been told there are accessible vans at the airport and you can have one brought around by going to the nearest cab stand and requesting one.

If you require additional information, their number is 602-252-5252. Some people refer to the company as AAA Yellow Cab.
