    handcycles-lets see what u got

guys lets see pics of your handcycles, some w/ you in it too. and any mods you have done. im in the process of getting one. i'll be dointg marathons w/ mine. just one of my goals om my things to do list. been told for quad mods the top end force, quickie shark and freedom frh1 is best choice...... used a xlt last summer, wasnt best for me, seemed a bit small for my 6'2 frame.
    talk to me ppl.

here is my rig. AWON handcycle. 25 lbs. Set up for sitting up, not reclining. I haven't made any modifications. What I want to get is a fairing to increase my speed in the flats. I really feel in the upright position that I am a brick going down the road, not at all aerodynamic. I don't want to race, I just want to keep up with my handcycling friends who are over a decade younger than me!

Here's me on my XLT cruising around the bikeways of Brisbane. For the record I am 6'2 as well and I find it ok for size . Note though in the pictures my legs are bent and strapped to the side of the forks.

Attachment 33234That AWON is a trip! I ride an XLT with an upright set up. I'm only 5' 7'' so it is not uncomfortable. I'm working on a brake setup that I can bump with my chin and moving my shifters behind the cranks. Eventually I'm going to build my own bike.
