I am on CLASS if you are not on it get on the list. I waited 8 years to go from CBA to CLASS.
Do you have home health care like a nurse ? if so they have to provide them.
If not you can get them from a DME I use http://usostomy.com/
I get a whole list of supplies from them urostomy supplies, blue pads, Briefs, hibiclenz, duoderm, 3M tape, alcohol wipes and more

I have seen nurses like that sometimes they just do not want to go in the office and get them. In Texas the agencies ( Home Health Care or Service Provider is supposed to protect you and your worker by providing gloves. If you are on CBA, CLASS etc and CDS you can buy them and fill out a expense refund form or find a DME you can get them from.
I do not know about Florida. You are not supposed to use a DME if you have home health care or a service provider they are supposed to do that.

Hope this helps and makes sense
