    Uni-Lite and SUV's ...

Has anyone seen a Uni-Lite lift fitted in the back door of a SUV (any brand or model)?

Thanks for the reply Scott, I had seen pics of your Jeep in the past. I have a Uni-Lite in the side door of my Dodge Caravan and I was wondering if some SUV's have enough height or the proper closing angle in the backdoor to fit a Uni-Lite.

honestly it all depends on the vehicle. what are you looking at?

mine is a tight fit, but it works well, and I'm running 35" tires. modification to the Jeep was necessary (notably: raised roofline, mounting hardware, removal of door latch).

Honestly, I am not thinking of any specific model but as an example I wonder if it would fit the backdoor of a Ford Escape.
