    Amino Acids

Just wondering if anyone out there is taking high doses of L-Arginine to help with overall general health in spinal cord patients. If so, How many grams a day do you take? Do you stack it with any other form of amino acid. Thank you.

Check the sides of the protein powder which will give you the complete amino acid profile.
And the truth shall set you free.
