    New to 4-ap

I just started taking 4-ap. Do the side effects go away after your system gets accustom to taking it?

Like not being able to sleep, nervousness, fluttering of the heart?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!!!

Hi, did you ramp up slowly on the dosage like only 5-10mg at most increase per week?

What dosage did you start at? How much per day now?

    Myrna,

I was on it for about 2 years (I got off it now) and the side effects didn't ever go away the longer I took it. Thats one of the main reasons I got off it was I wasn't really noticing great improvements, if anything I noticed I got worse when the pills wore off, and the side effects weren't fun.

Be careful with the dosage, I took 20mg and literally passed out on the kitchen table lol. My parents thought I died for a second.
