Fort Hood Shooter Believed to Be Paralyzed From Waist Down

Ft. Hood, Texas - Alleged terrorist attacker, Nadil Malik Hasan is said to be paralyzed from the waist down with limited mobility in his hands. Hasan’s attorney, John Galligan, indicated that he has met with Hasan and that he was alert during the first part of their recent one hour session together but began to fade near the end.

Must've got hit in the spine. Good. I hope they don't execute him
so he has to live the rest of his life paralyzed. He may not regret
what he did to the troops, but he'll regret what he let happen to
himself everyday for as long as he lives.

I keep hearing on the news that he's paralyzed and will never walk again, like we should feel sorry for him. WTF, why feel sorry for someone who killed 13 innocent people? I don't care what condition he's in.
Stupidity ain't illegal, but it sure is inconvenient.

Sure, he'll be welcomed here by the America-hating leftists, hailed as a hero.

I think you need to speak to a mental health professional, I dont think you should be allowed to post in this forum until we see a signed letter from your psychatrist .

I think v should send an email to al'Awlaki expressing his disgust. v may be able to convince him that his negative view of America is incorrect.

    I got faith.

The news media are careful not to state this overtly, but I think they keep reporting on his paralysis with a sense of schadenfreude or perhaps almost gloating - sort of "look, he got what was coming to him!"

I used to think I would never wish this on anyone - but he's welcome to it!

Buck I had the exact same thought. If he's going to be a complete para then let him live. Or would that be considered cruel and unusual?

Actually, it'd probably be too expensive to keep a para alive in prison. Eh, oh well, give the death penalty.

and he'll probably get better treatment than all of us
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

I have a difficult time comprehending how he became a licensed psychiatrist. What a waste.
