How do you reset your body's time mechanism with the change of time?

Here are several tips for your body and brain to help in the transition of having an extra hour of sleep from reverting to Standard time.

Of course, if you live in Arizona you don't have to read this!

    Toronto Globe and Mail suggests:
How to reset your body when the clocks fall back

    1. Get lots of light when you wake up
    2. Schedule regular meal times
    3. Minimize caffeine
    4. Take a cue from your kids
    5. Get up when your alarm goes off

P.S. Make sure you change the batteries in your home smoke detectors and the CO2 detectors this weekend.

Best tip from this article for me was ...
“ The bed is for two things: It’s for sleep and sex. If you’re not doing one of those things, you shouldn’t be in bed. ” — David Schulman, Emory University sleep lab

OK , SCI users a side, on the bed tip ...

    What tips do you have?

I don't have any. I live in Arizona and don't have to deal with it. It's wonderful.

Make the best out of today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. Nobody knows that better than those of us that have almost died from spinal cord injury.

Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.

simply go to bed an hour later the night of the time change.

you won't notice the time change, aside from the sun rising earlier.
