Hello All,

Ever since I took up running I've started having knee problems. Specifically my left one (i'm right handed if that makes a difference?). I have ran 2 half marathons with no problems but had to back out of my last one due to pain. I've visited my doctor who told me my problem was typical with runners, gave me some pain killers and sent me on my way.
The pain is more of an ache. it even bothers me as i type this thread and especially when I excercise (or try to!).

Any ideas what I can do, stretches etc?
