    A new Italian wheelchair

    Hi everyone.

    Here`s a new wheelchair that we`ve got here in Europe, it`s an italian desing and his name is the B.Free of Able.

    It is cool-looking. I like the single bent rod for the leg rest. Wise.

    I wonder how stable it is when reaching down to the ground in the 10-11 o'
    clock and 1-3 o'clock directions?

    Nice chair... couldn't find a price on the website, do you have any idea what the base price is?

    That`s what i don`t like, i think that if you have a front crash it`s easier to get your legs brake. But is a nice and light chair.

    Don`t worry about that, it`s very stable, remember that a a lot of the tenis wheelchairs use only one caster like the Colours extreme.
    Remember that a chair with three legs would never be wobble.

    It does look pretty cool but the single front bar would take some getting used to - I regularly use the two bars either side of my legs to push myself back up from bending down, or to steady myself, and in my transfers - if they are no longer there I'd have to change my ways of doing things. For straightforward wheeling the single bar/wheel system looks good but for all other manoeuvres I'm not sure.
