    Wolfe Burgers

    My oldest daughter and her boyfriend came over and requested burgers and dogs last night, so I obliged! Burgers were simply seasoned ground chuck and we also did some Nathans dogs and grilled sweet potatoe rounds seasoned with a little sugar, salt, cinnamon and pepper rub.

    I love the CI grates! Virtually non-stick after seasoning them and they stay hot for great sear marks!
