The redskins always play the Cowboys hard so this should be a good game.

They played them hard, no doubt. We squeaked that one out, but I'll take it. The Skins have the #1 pass defense in the NFL, and it showed. Pheww - close one.

The Cowboys have a tough row to hoe from here on out. If they can get by the Raiders, and that's a big if at this point, they have 5 games left. Three division games, NY, Skins and Philly, and San Diego and NO. It will probably take 10 wins to make the playoffs in the nfc, so if they lose to the Raiders....

If they beat the Raiders, then they'll have 8 wins. They'll need to get two wins in the final 5 games, which is doable, but not a given, especially with the sputtering offense of late. The last 23 drives, the Boys have scored twice. That's abysmal. I hope they can turn it around come December, the month they're known for folding and fading away. This year, I hope it's different.

The test is coming up. We got the Giants, Chargers, Saints, Skins and Philly. If we beat the Giants next week at their place, I'll have more faith for a good final run. They looked good Sunday, for the most part.

You are so right. I have been thinking same. The Gaints have been struggling lately. I am afraid they may try and make a statement. Lets just hope Dallas can keep the good play going.

Philadelphia squeaked out a come-from-behind win against the Redskins. A win is a win, but we aren't showing that we belong on anyone's list of elite NFL teams.

Tough game at Atlanta next week.

Jackson, our most dangerous receiver, left the game in the 3rd quarter and didn't return. Fingers crossed that it wasn't anything that will keep him off the field beyond today.

It's still any team's division to win. But that's the nfc east. The Boys might have the toughest remaining schedule, but I'm sure all teams feel the same. But the Skins play very tough division games, and we still have to play them plus the Giants and the Eagles. Not to mention the Chargers and the Saints. Our last game is the Eagles, and like last year, that game will likely have playoff implications...if either team doesn't fall apart down the stretch.

I read on yahoo that Jackson was concussed. I hope he's ok, he's a great player. Concussions have to be one of the worst feelings to have, at least they were to me. It's good to see the nfl wanting to bring in an independent neurologist to ok a player's return. I don't know if that policy is in place yet.

The feel good story in the NFL to me is Vince Young. He's playing some remarkable football at this time, and to me his potential is enormous. All the troubles and loss of confidence and immaturity he has gone through, well, I believe those things can build character if you allow it. And I think VY rose to the occasion after all the problems; he realized he was deficient in certain areas not necessarily physical, and he acted on them to improve himself. He seems a completely different person. He pulled off a win today in the last play. He threw for almost 400 yards. He isn't a interception machine anymore. He's a winner.
