Bill 201 will make Alberta a better place to live, work and visit for people with disabilities
EDMONTON, Feb. 20 /CNW/ - Staff and volunteers of the Canadian Paraplegic
Association (Alberta) will be on hand at the Alberta Legislature at 2:30 PM,
Monday, February 23rd, to demonstrate unconditional support for Private
Members Bill 201, Amendments to the Safety Codes Act, which will be presented
for second reading at that time.
Bill 201, which deals with barrier free access to buildings for persons
with disabilities, was introduced by Rob Lougheed, MLA for Cloverbar/Ft
Saskatchewan and Chairman of the Premier's Council
