    Dealer trouble?

I'm in South OC (San Clemente, CA) & have had a horrible time trying to find someone semi-local to buy a new chair, e-motion wheels etc. from.

I need help ASAP but this industry is horrible w/ customer service?!

Do you all buy direct online ever?

As far as I know frankmobilty in PA is the only US distributor for e-motions you can call them at (888) 426-8581 maybe they can steer you to a local dealer.
    website is http://www.frankmobility.com/

As far as a chair goes, I have a friend that works for Xtreme medical and lives in Oceanside...PM me if you want his contact info.

Have you worked with anyone from the Ability Center in San Diego? We worked with them on the purchase of my mother's last chair (power) and had very good service: http://www.abilitycenter.com/

I used National Seating & Mobility in Anaheim to get my new TiLite Aero Z. While the dealer wasn't overly generous with details during the order, I made sure to call for updates and to see when I could expect my chair to come in. Overall it was not a horrible experience. Just make sure you go over EVERYTHING you want with your chair when working with a dealer and make sure they WRITE IT DOWN! My dealer accidentally made a couple mistakes on the order form and is now ordering a replacement frame to correct his mistakes.
Even though my chair wasn't perfect the first time around, at least he was willing to work with me and the manufacture to get a replacement frame. I would recommend National Seating & Mobility in Anaheim...

I'll try Ability Center & would love your friends # from Xtreme, BUT I cannot in good conscience ever go back to National Seating... at some point they will screw you!

    THANK YOU FRIENDS!

    THANK YOU FRIENDS!

A DME review would be helpful as Fuentes mentioned. I would stay away from ATG Rehab Specialists as I was burned by them on 2 occasions.

A place I would recommend would be Extreme Medical. Good service and good turn around time. My contact in CA is a guy named Scott @ (408) 687-0044.
