Tulsi tea aka Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) is anyone else on this?

Our daughter started drinking this for its stress reducing benefits, I had never heard of it. Its a herb used in Indian ayurvedic medicine. We have all become instant converts mainly because we all feel much more energised and for lack of a better term a little stoned from drinking it.
