I can't imagine what is Duracrush too!
I took measures in my current handrims and thei fit 3/4" so I guess that 1.5" can be a nice measure...

I agree, thanks for sharing that image! If I understand the form correctly, the Center to Center measurement is done by measuring from center of tubing to center of tubing, not inside to inside or outside to outside. I am using 24" mags and my hand rims appear to be 19" by their measurements. My tubing diameter should be the same as yours. For what it's worth.

Look at quickie for 12 count 1" projection rims. I use these and they work great. Just be sure that they mount directly to the wheel frame and not the spokes or the wheel rim. I've used projection rims for over 30 years and never had a problem. You hear people saying there is problems with getting the thumb caught but that is easily solved by adding 1/4" nylon spacers to the extensions. I have lots of experience so ask. The trick is getting the rim to mount and be solid.

    hi fellows

    here is my solution!

I did that totoL1 said, I used a 3/4" PVC tube ans nylon to make the top cover (white part, worked with a dremell), and fixed with glue (loctite plastic special).

After make all pins, it's time to heat the base pins to get perfect mold (using hot air pistol) and paint it with black spray:
